In our 36th year Seits Inc/Shore Sports Camps continues to offer soccer and sports camps, programs, training, coaching, academics, tutoring, educational and college admissions consulting, and executive/life coaching year round with the use of excellent facilities at the South Jersey Shore, and Stuart, Florida. Our focus is on developing, teaching, coaching, learning, inspiring, consulting, and motivating in a "Positive" environment. Character development
After more than 30 years of experiences as a sports and life coach, I realized that I have a treasure trove of experiences, anecdotes, and lessons.
I never really thought about writing it all in a document and publishing the contents. But I realized that most coaches, athletic directors, athletic recruiters, and professional scouts did not have a template, checklist, or literature about emotional intelligence in sports during early childhood and throughout the adolescent years.
I now have a sense of urgency to document and share what I think is the essential manual for the soon-to-be great athletes of the early 21st century.

PCA was created to transform the culture of youth sports to give all young athletes the opportunity for a positive, character-building experience. SEITS INC. is a one of a kind program developed to provide a positive dynamic environment where athletes/students can develop skills, confidence, and self-esteem, all while having FUN.
